The honorable House of Busby, as well as Edcon, negotiated and completed the business transaction with England’s retail chain “Topshop” and “Topman“, owned by Sir Philip Green via the Arcadia Group.

South Africa gaining franchise rights means that Cape Town will be home to one ( of 750 worldwide) of these fashion stores,  and I can already see myself eating cheap noodles as I sit complacent , wearing fresh new purchases.
Sir Philip Green stated that the move forecasts another step in “our continued international growth, and I am confident that the South African customers will enjoy the retail experience and fantastic product offer that both our brands will deliver for them“.

I totally agree sir!

This season, Topshop seems to be acknowledging the “beehive style” of the mid-60s. This is marked by the preppy-like satchels, over sized buttons and intricate detailing and embellishments. Mixes of the contemporary Gothic style with timeless rock ‘n rolla apparel make this summer one of fashion revitalization.
