Klaas in Session is a personal blog and it’s owner, Olwethu-Thando Klaas, is in the business of online content curation. Olwethu gravitates towards subjects of lifestyle, such as: travel, art, food, beauty, and fashion. When defined and described, Klaas in Session can be summed up as an online diary, subjective to the whims of Olwethu.  This blogs mission is to provide its owner with a creative outlet, contribute authentic content and opinions to the highly competitive arena of blogging, as well as aid in fundamentally transforming the current global vision of South Africa to a more contemporary image of the African motif.

A symbiotic relationship is facilitated between the blog owner and brands through: matching Olwethu’s circumstantial needs, and different brands interests – which ultimately results in the achievement of mutually beneficial goals.

Klaas in Session is different from other blogs because it is founded on the premise of fostering the owners personal enjoyment, and not making profits and gaining notoriety within fashion circles primarily. This means that there is an unwavering authenticity to the sassy opinions and reviews on this blog. This also means that brands approaching Olwethu about partnerships and the like, are not always guaranteed a deal. However, should conducting business eventually be agreed to, Olwethu and her blog bring something worth investing in to any brand. Olwethu possesses abilities in global networking, insight into style, trend forecasting, marketing, blogging; she has incredible authority over writing in the English language, is multilingual, has the ability to manage digital media, is developing a finesse with photography, and liaises with celebrities.
